Pesticide Filling Machine
Pesticide is liquid, powder or granules form of agriculture products. This is the chemical to control pests, insects and other animals and it is wide subject of fertilizers and plant growth. It is hazardous for human, animal and birds. Pesticide material is sometimes normal liquid, viscous liquid and sometimes liquid got converted in to powder while come in contact with environment.
Our experience say that Pesticide is the toughest material to handle while filling. Though the material is not going to take orally but contact part of machine need to be taken SS 316 or higher grade than that because of its sour and sharp property.
Generally material is packed into HDPE bottles and jars. It is having enclosure of inner plugs, caps and induction foils. It is labeled with sticker application or gum application batch coding. Pesticide material can be packed through complete line of Turn table + Filling Machine + Inner Plug Machine + Capping Machine + Induction Sealing Machine + Labeling Machine + Packing Conveyor + Bundle Packing Machine. All or some of machines can be synchronized with each other to make a complete line.

FILLING TECHNOLOGY
There are some technology of Filling Machine – Semi-Automatic and Automatic models having different operating types like timer based, controller based, PLC based having rotary gear pump or syringes equipped with required cylinders, shut off valves, cut of systems, verities of nozzles, holders, guides, verities of motors and controlling systems.
