Milk Filling Machine
Dairy products are essential products after food products and medicines. Milk is the basic need of daily routine life. MPM personally found inordinate growth in demand of Milk Filling and dairy products packing. Dairy Product business is growing parallel to the Food product & Medical Product these years.
Milk is packed into the glass or pet bottles in round, cylindrical, flat, square shape. The bottle is closed by crown or lug or plastic caps. It is sometimes sealed by aluminum foil or laminated foil trough induction or conduction machines. It is labeled with sticker application or shrink sleeve. Date of packing, expiry date, MRP, batch number or QR code are printed on labels or directly on bottle at bottom or top below the neck.
This material needs food grade contact parts in the machine. Foam get generates during the filling so special types of nozzles and filling technics need to apply in the machine. Machine need to be sterilized by hot water or steam to prevent with bacterial growth and contamination. Some may demand acrylic or glass
