Edible Oil Filing Machine
Cooking oil is a basic ingredient for routine life. This is under heading of Food Industry. Groundnut Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Palm Oil, Mustard oil, Sunflower Oil, Soybean Oil, Vegetable Oil, Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Coconut Oil, Sesame Oil, Almond Oil, Cashew Oil, Canola Oil and other more varieties are edible oil.
MPM is engaged in manufacturing and supply of different types of models to pack verities of oils. Some oils are very viscous and some are free flow. It is commonly packed into from 5 ml bottle to 15 ltr tins into pet bottles, glass bottles, jars and tins. There are standard round or flat or square bottle and square tins having plastic caps for bottles and spout caps and aluminum caps for tins.
The bottles are labeled by sticker labels or shrink label. The label application may round wrap, double side, four side, top side or temper proof, neck lock, hologram type. The printer prints date of manufacturing, expiry date, MRP and coding.
MPM provides complete line of which includes Turn table + Filling Machine + Inner Plugging Machine + Capping Machine + Induction Sealing Machine + Labeling Machine / Shrink tunnel + Packing Conveyor + Bundle Packing Machine. All or some of machines can be synchronized with each other to make a complete line.
