Description:
The semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine is mechanical machine works on volumetric principle and is fitted with two syringes on the sides. The desired volume can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the eccentricity. This multi function multi featured machine meets the custom requirements of filling of liquid material in glass, plastic and aluminum bottles.
Operation of Semi Automatic Liquid Filling Machine:
Bottles have to place manually below the filling nozzles at the tray of the machine. Where motor operated syringes fill desired preset volume in the bottle, bottle guides are provided to precisely match for centering of the bottle below nozzle to avoid spillage of liquid on the bottle.
The dosing block is fitted below syringes. By that fill size can be easily set.
