This is noncontact mechanism of applying heat to the inner seal of the cap to firmly seal the plastic or glass bottle. This machine is suitable for aluminum foil or paper wad.

AUTOMATIC INDUCTION SEALING MACHINE:

DESCRIPTION:

The Automatic Induction Sealing Machine is built on SS pipe frame and having conveyor belt, sensor, air cooled electromagnetic heating pad and circuit. Bottles travel on conveyor and pass through the sealing head and foil/wad seal on the bottle neck with uniform heat.

OPERATION:

The filled bottles travels on conveyor belt are sensed for No Wad Detection System. This interlock is used to detect the presence of the Induction Foil in the cap. If the Foil is absent, an audio visual alarm will get activated.
Then the bottles travel on the conveyor under the electromagnetic head where the foil get heat and release from the bottom cap and seal on the surface of neck of bottles by heating. Auto On/Off system is given. This interlock detects the in feed of the bottle. When the bottle enters into the sealing head the machine starts to seal. After the last bottle enters, the machine waits for the next bottle to arrive within the SET waiting time. If no bottle enters, the machine stops sealing thus saving power.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC INDUCTION SEALING MACHINE:

DESCRIPTION:

The Semi Automatic Induction Sealing Machine is small movable box type machine having wired Induction Sealing air cooled electromagnetic heating pad and circuit. The foil/wad seal on the bottle neck with uniform heat.

OPERATION:

The Induction head is placed on the filled and sealed bottle/container for some seconds where the foil get heat and release from the bottom cap and seal on the surface of neck of bottles by heating. Auto On/Off system is given.
