Manual Sticker Labeling Machine:
This is very cost effective solution for verities of small batches. It is very easy to operate where operator has to operate machine manually. Machine will be used to apply label on bottle automatically but Label and bottle both need to place manually in the machine after releasing back sheet of sticker manually. The main benefit of this machine is no professional training is required for operators and low cost and low power consumption.

Semi Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine:
This is compact machine where operator need to place bottle manually and label get released from label roll automatically and paste automatically on bottle. This machine is switch operated or foot paddle operated. It is cost effective machine for small batches and power consumption is also low.

Round Wrap Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine:
This automatic machine is designed specially for round vials, bottles, containers and jars. The bottle travels on the conveyor and labels get released automatically and paste automatically on bottle. There is need of synchronization of conveyor speed and label releasing speed depends on label dimension, bottle size, label shape and output requirement. This is for high speed output for effective and efficient packaging which reduces the labour cost if machine get operated in correct manner. This machine can be synchronized with capping machine or other machines. Machine design can be customized as per bottle size and shape. There is need of roller conveyor and top side applicator for ampoules and tube, pneumatic roller stoppering for big jars and containers and rotary system for special type of bottles and jars.

Front Back Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine:
It is also called Double Side Labeling Machine. This automatic machine is designed specially for flat, rectangular, oval bottles, tins, cans and containers and jars. There are two applicators in the machine with top conveyor to hold flat bottle properly. Bottle travels on conveyor and passed further for label application. Both applicator releases label simultaneously as soon as product sensor sense the bottle. The front and back labels get pasted on bottle. Special types of brush and sponge roller helps the labels to paste appropriately on the bottle. There is need of synchronization between main conveyor, top conveyor, label realizing for proper label application. The cost of machine is little bit high but machine gives effective and efficient label application. The manual lengthy and time consuming job can be resolved by proper trained operator.
This machine can be used for round bottles also by applying round wrap attachment in one side applicator.

Automatic Top Side Sticker Labeling Machine:
This machine is designed for the applicator of label on top side of container, lid, bottles. The label applicator is mounted on top side with proper guide and mounting assembly. Product travels on conveyor and label applicator releases the label after product sensing. This is high speed machine can be synchronized with other machineries. There is need to learn the skill to synchronization of conveyor and applicator speed.

This is also called neck lock machine. The applicator design is routine but pasting the label is specially designed with suitable guides, roller or brushes to paste label as per requirement for accurate pasting.

Semi Automatic Gum Labeling Machine:
The glue is used for label pasting on bottles or containers. This machine is specially designed for round bottles or containers. There are separate labels need to arranged in tray of label. The machine can be operated by switch, foot paddle or sensor. There is special type of rod assembly which helps to paste glue on label and it get pasted on bottle. This is semi automation operating but it gives good output. The cost of label is little low in comparison of sticker label but specialized glue need to be used. Rod and guide adjustments are there to run various size of round bottles.

Automatic Gum Labeling Machine:
This is completely automatic operation for individual label application on the bottle by glue. This is also called Wet Glue Applicator. This machine is designed for round cylindrical bottle. The special type of glue is used and some change parts are used for different types of bottles and label sizes. This is high speed output machine. The machine can be synchronized with other machines like capping machine or turn table and packing conveyor. This machine cost is little high but it gives efficient output and the label cost is low.

Shrink Tunnel:
The heating tunnel is there to shrink the sleeve which is made of plastic films, lemi or such type of material. This is semi automatic operation where ready made sleeve need to be placed manually on the bottle or containers and then it need to be passed through tunnel which is preheated as per suitable heating requirement for product. There is independent temperature control system special rode type conveyor inside the tunnel for travelling the product and air flow system. This machine is suitable for cans, pet bottles, HDPE bottles, glass bottles, boxes, bunch or group of bottles or boxes. There are various sizes of tunnels are designed for size of products.

Automatic Shrink Sleeve Applicator:
This machine is designed for inline operation. This is completely automatic operation which helps to prepare sleep automatically from film role as per preset design and it get released on bottle travelling on conveyor from previous station then sleeve get placed automatically on the bottle. After that sleeve get settled on bottle appropriate by some guide, air gun or pneumatic assembly. Then bottle travels through shrink tunnel and sleeve get shrink on bottle. This costly machine operation needs proper training and change parts are applicable for verities of bottles and sleeves. This type of labeling is effectively used for juice, milk, sauces, ghee, oil and relevant products.
