* Filling Nozzles & Valves: Drip-free stainless-steel tips that lower into the bottle neck to dispense liquid safely.

* Control Unit: Programmable Logic Controller paired with an HMI screen for volume and timing calibration.

Working Principle:

* Transport: Empty bottles move along the moving conveyor belt until an optical or infrared sensor detects alignment under the filling head.

* Stop & Secure: The conveyor halts or a pneumatic stopper locks the bottle in place.

* Dispense: Nozzles descend, and fluid transfers via gravity, piston displacement, or a positive displacement pump for a precise time duration or calibrated volume.

* Retract & Exit: Nozzles retract, drip guards engage (if equipped), and the conveyor restarts to route filled containers toward capping or packaging.
