Automatic Powder Filling Machine
This is Augur Filler works on the principle of Volumetric Filling. The powder dispense a required volume of product from hopper using a rotating screw through specially designed funnel.
Here the rotating screw is specially design to handle and flow powder or granules which is called Augur. There is an agitator inside the hopper to continuous stir the material preventing it from lump generation, clotting and creating air pockets. The dosage of product is precisely controlled by the number of rotations, which is managed by a servo motor.
Main components of the Machine:
- Vibration free machine body with conveyor: Assembly of augur filler is mounted on sturdy rectangular base. The conveyor is mounted on it to travel the bottles for powder filling.
- Hopper: Specially designed conical hopper with agitator to hold the material
- Agitator: It rotates and homogenize the product and push downwards towards the screw.
- Augur and Funnel: Specially designed screw rotates based on preset rotation and dis pense the material to the container through the funnel.
- Pillar: Adjustable as per requirement of height of hopper and funnel
- Product Sensor: Product dispense from the hopper only after detection of the bottle under the nozzle / funnel.
- Motor and Drive: For Augur ration, agitation and conveyor speed
- PLC HMI Touch Panel: To operate the machine
- Pneumatic Stopper: To stop the bottle under the nozzle / funnel during travelling on the conveyor
