Shampoo Filling Machine
Some of models of MPM bottle packaging machine are designed to meet demand of cosmetics industry. Shampoo is also medicated item. Flexible design are provided for Shampoo Packaging for fast and accurate filling without dripping and spillage and different capping and labeling.
Shampoo is viscous material some are sticky in nature and some are free flow thick liquid. Some Shampoo flow in lumps and some leave threads after dropping. Some products may change viscosity as the temperature changes. It is very important to identify the products’ unique characteristics to search for the ideal equipment.
Shampoo is packed into the different shaped pet or HDPE bottles and containers. Round Cylindrical bottles and flip-off cap is the most trending these days. There are also Oval, Flat and Curvy bottles and varieties of closures used by companies. Bottles are labeled by verities of normal or transparent stickers. It is labeled with sticker application with batch code printing. The label application may round wrap, double side, four side, top side or temper proof, neck lock, hologram type.
MPM provides complete line of Shampoo Packaging and also provides separate single machine for Filling, Capping and Labeling.
The complete line includes Turn table + Filling Machine + Capping Machine + Induction Sealing Machine + Labeling Machine / Shrink tunnel + Packing Conveyor + Bundle Packing Machine. All or some of machines can be synchronized with each other to make a complete line.
