Honey Filling Machine
Honey is the Food product & Medical Product which is viscous and sticky in characteristic. This material needs food grade contact parts in the machine.
It is packed into the Glass or plastic or metal bottles, jars, containers or tin in verities of shapes like round, oval, cylindrical, flat, square; it is having enclosures of Aluminum cap, Lug cap, Plastic cap and sealed with Induction wad or aluminium foil. It is labelled with sticker application or shrink sleeve with batch code printing. The label application may round wrap, double side, four side, top side or temper proof, neck lock, hologram type.
MPM manufactures verities of models. Honey packaging machine incorporates Turn table + Filling Machine + Capping Machine + Induction Sealing Machine + Labeling Machine / Shrink tunnel + Packing Conveyor + Bundle Packing Machine. All or some of machines can be synchronized with each other to make a complete line.
